EFFICIENCY, QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT SECURITY
Producing and handling dangerous products Poletto Aldo Srl has always adapted to the legislation related to the handling, labeling, packaging, shipping of these products. In particular, the Company has always paid special attention to the drafting of the safety data sheet of its products. With this in mind, the company has adequate the labeling of all its products to the CLP regulation since the beginning of 2010. In accordance with the new REACH regulation Poletto Aldo Srl proceeded to register some of his products.
The quantity of dangerous products handled inside place the company Poletto Aldo Srl in the range of ‘lower threshold establishments’ of the Seveso III directive (Legislative Decree 105/15). Poletto Aldo Srl has therefore activated all the obligations required by this legislation.
A long history in chemistry
1972
In 1972 Aldo Poletto founded the Company Polchimica Srl which is mainly engaged in the production of copper salts used for agricultural purposes.
1979
Aldo Poletto formed the new company Alchema Srl that, in addition to continuing the activities of the now closed Polchimica Srl, expands its range of products by adding other inorganic salts used in several sectors, such as galvanic and refractory.
1984
Mr. Aldo Poletto founded the company Poletto Aldo Srl joining it with Alchema Srl. The new offices and production departments are moved to the new headquarters located in Via Maestri del Lavoro 31, San Donà di Piave.
Thanks to the enlarged production capacity and the increased research activity (due to the investments made to upgrade the instrumentation of the research laboratories) the company began to develop new products destinated to additional divisions such as catalysts, colorants for ceramics, inorganic binders etc.
1994
Mr. Aldo Poletto buy a shed of about 10.000m2 located in the industrial area in Noventa di Piave, Via Pacinotti 6, with a view of a strong enhancement of the production activity of the company, from this date begins the phase of design and construction of the new production plant.
1996
Aldo Poletto passed away. Business continuity is assured by his wife, Adriana Zanchetta, that in accordance with the wishes of her husband continued the industrial activity and above all took care of the completion of the production site in Noventa di Piave.
1997
Poletto Aldo Srl has obtained the quality certificate ISO 9003 (ceertifying body: Certiquality).
1998
After completing the construction of the plant, Poletto Aldo Srl has transfered the administrative offices in the new headquarters, where the production of inorganic salts began.
2001
Poletto Aldo Srl changed its quality certification from ISO 9003 to ISO 9001.
2006
Poletto Aldo Srl, considering of fundamental importance the environmental issues, above all for what concerning the companies that work with hazardous chemical products and in order to protect the environment and the health of its employees, started the program of review/arrangement of its internal procedures aimed at obtaining the ISO 14001 certification. This certification was obtained on 07/04/2006.
2010
In 2010, Poletto Aldo Srl uniformed the labeling of all its products to the new CLP Regulation providing for the issuance of the updated safety data sheet.
From 2010 to 2018, Poletto Aldo Srl first pre-registered and then registered all its products in accordance with the new REACH regulation.
Since 2010 Poletto Aldo srl, already subject to the Seveso law, Art. 5 comm. 3, has taken steps to comply with all the legal obligations in order to meet the requirements provided by the most restrictive law of the same art.6 of the Seveso law and subsequent updates.
Since 2010, Dr. Stefano Poletto is present in company with her mother.
2012
Poletto Aldo Srl operates in two plants with a global capacity of: crystal products 4000 mt, solution products 12000 mt.
2017
Poletto Aldo srl obtained an increase in the codes for the withdrawal of secondary raw materials, for reworking, in a more environmental perspective.
2020
In 2020, it proceeded to purchase new, more efficient production tools, in order to further increase and diversify the production capacity, thus trying to satisfy the increase in requests from customers in the shortest possible time.
